The reducer of heavy-tooth cement kilns of CQ-Gearbox is mainly of JH series, which can be installed horizontally and vertically according to requirements. All components of this series are standardized, serialized, generalized and modularized, realizing the universal interchange of main transmission parts across series, structures, and models.
The reducer of JH series uses different transmission stages according to the needs of users, whose model is from JH200 to JH1000, with the transmission ratio ranging from 5 to 400, the output torque ranging from 4.5- 750 KN.M, and the maximum transmission power being 900 kW.
